Salt Lake City Backyard FAQ

SALT LAKE CITY BACKYARD QUESTIONS.

How long does a full SLC backyard build take?

Mid-size design-build: 4-6 months from contract to completion. Premium full estate work: 6-12 months.

What's the typical project size?

Mid-range: $75K-$200K. Premium estate: $200K-$1M+. We've done both ends.

Do you handle SLC permits and HOA?

Yes — both. Permits, historic district review where applicable, HOA submittals.

Can I phase the project over multiple years?

Yes — most design-build projects are phased. We sequence by dependency: hardscape → structures → landscape → finish.

How does this differ from hiring contractors separately?

One project manager, one schedule, one phased budget. Typically saves 10-15% in coordination overhead and weeks of contractor-juggling.

Do you serve all of SLC?

Yes — all neighborhoods. Plus broader Salt Lake County for design-build projects.
