SPORT COURTS.

Pickleball, basketball, multi-sport — concrete or interlocking-tile courts with painted lines, regulation hoops and nets, and lighting for evening play.

Why this matters

BUILT FOR
DAILY USE.

Pickleball is the fastest-growing backyard amenity in Utah — and we build a lot of them. Half-court basketball is also constant. Both work as standalone or shared multi-sport surfaces with painted lines for both games.

We do concrete-base courts (most durable, longest-lasting) or interlocking modular tiles (faster install, more forgiving on joints). Both options include regulation lines, hoops/nets, and optional fencing and lighting.

FAQ

SPORT COURTS QUESTIONS.

Pickleball or basketball — which is more popular?

Pickleball is currently the #1 request. Basketball is steady second. Multi-sport surfaces are ~30% of our court installs.

Concrete vs modular tiles?

Concrete: more durable, better ball bounce, lasts 25+ years. Modular: faster install, replaceable tiles, slightly softer on joints. Both work; concrete is most common.

HOA approval?

Most newer Utah subdivisions require approval — fencing, lighting, and noise are the typical concerns. We prep the submittal package.

Lighting for evening play?

Standard request. LED court lighting on adjustable poles, dimmable, neighbor-friendly aim. ~$3,000-$6,000 add.

Fencing?

Strongly recommended for pickleball (balls fly). 10' chain-link fence runs ~$25-$45/lin ft.

Snow in winter?

Concrete handles snow fine. Modular tiles need snow blower (no shoveling — damages tiles). Most courts get used May-October.
