Spring (April-June) by November the prior year. Design phase takes 2-3 months.

New-construction backyard?

Most of our Lehi work. Full design-build from raw dirt.

Will my Traverse Mountain HOA approve?

Yes — we've worked with all major Traverse Mountain HOAs.

Cost for full Lehi backyard?

Mid-range: $80K-$200K. Premium: $200K-$500K.

Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain?

Phased over time?
